Welcome to Empowered Fitness Training — Personal Training and Run Coaching.

Empowered Fitness Training offers bespoke personal training and run coaching with expert, evidence based support. I provide in person sessions from my private studio in Gilstead, Bingley, alongside online coaching and group training within the local community — all delivered in a supportive, encouraging environment.

As a GP, Personal Trainer, UK Athletics Running Coach, Menopause Coach, and Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist, I blend clinical insight with practical, accessible coaching. My focus is simple: helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
Whether you’re training 1:1 in the studio, joining a small group PT session, taking part in a community running group, or following a structured online programme, I tailor every plan to your goals, your lifestyle, and your starting point.

As a GP, I’ve seen first-hand how powerfully lifestyle and movement can influence both physical and mental wellbeing. That insight shapes every aspect of my coaching, helping clients make sustainable, meaningful progress at any stage of their fitness journey.

Personal Training

Train in my private studio with 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 personal training sessions tailored to your needs. Choose from monthly coaching programmes for accountability and progression, or book individual sessions to focus on strength, fitness, or technique. Every plan is built around your goals — whether you’re returning to exercise, building confidence, or working toward a specific milestone.

Online Coaching

Whether you’re new to exercise, preparing for a race, or building endurance, my monthly online and run coaching programmes provide structured plans, progress tracking, and expert feedback to help you train smart and stay motivated.

Running Form Assessment

Book an in person Running Form Assessment to refine technique, improve efficiency, and reduce injury risk — ideal for runners of all levels.

Menopause Fitness Programme

As a Certified Menopause Coach, I offer evidence based support to help you navigate the hormonal, physical, and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause. This programme focuses on strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and recovery — helping you feel stronger, more energised, and more in control of your body.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness Programme

With specialist training in pre and postnatal exercise, I provide safe, effective coaching for women during pregnancy and throughout postpartum recovery. Whether you’re maintaining fitness during pregnancy, rebuilding strength after birth, or returning to running, I’ll guide you with tailored programming that supports your body at every stage.

5Week Small Group Strength & Conditioning Courses

These focused programmes are ideal for anyone wanting structured progression, expert guidance, and the motivation of training alongside others.

Running Groups

Eldwick Women Run Fit

A supportive, all abilities women’s running community. Each session is designed to build confidence, strength, and enjoyment through structured, community led running.

Tempo Tuesdays (Open to All)

A mixed ability, inclusive session focused on tempo running, pacing skills, and building strength through structured efforts. Open to all runners, regardless of experience.
